How much does a scoop of rock weigh?
Generally, a scoop of rock weighs approximately one ton. That matters if you plan to haul it yourself, because many pickups cannot safely carry a full scoop. Our rock and gravel pages list the coverage for each product we stock.
What are the ingredients for your organic garden soil?
Our organic garden soil is a rich, dark mixture of soil, compost, sand, and chicken manure. The compost and manure feed plants, while the sand keeps it draining, which suits vegetable gardens and flower beds in heavy clay.
How many square feet are in a scoop of mulch?
